Common questions
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are handled by your app store. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. On the monthly plan, cancelling before the 7-day trial ends means you are not charged.
What does the free plan include?
One player and three games, each with its full read. Premium adds unlimited games, up to three players, and Growth IQ, which needs five games before it shows.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we will email you a link to choose a new one. The link works once and expires in one hour.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Menu, then Your Profile, then Delete account. This removes your players and games and cannot be undone.
Do I need signal in the gym?
No. Track the whole game without a connection and it syncs when you are back online. The insight arrives once it does.
